Hybrid Skin 92
Maximum glide on long rolling ascents, on a wider all-mountain platform.
Effortless Hybrid Climbing Skins.
The Hybrid skin uses a two-layer adhesive system. The first layer holds the skin to your base while letting it come away cleanly and without residue, and it keeps working in freezing conditions after repeated applications. The second layer bonds the backing to the adhesive so the glue stays on the skin rather than transferring to your ski, which also means you can fold them adhesive-to-adhesive for the descent with no protective film to carry.
These are 100% mohair. Permanently water-repellent, exceptionally light, and highly flexible, mohair delivers gliding properties synthetic fibers can't match, which is a real advantage on long and rolling ascents.
These come precut, so there's no trimming and no guesswork. If durability through rocky skin tracks matters more to you than outright glide, the Smartglue Skin 92-94 is the mohair-nylon blend option.

Care & Maintenance
Hybrid adhesive tackiness is only affected by dirt and surface contaminants, and it comes back with a wash in standard detergent and water. For stubborn dirt or wax residue, use the Hybrid Glue Skin Cleaner or the cleaning wipes.
After significant use, restore water resistance, anti-icing, and glide with Dry Climb Skin Treatment. For quick field use, skin wax stops skins icing up or collecting wet snow.
More on getting the most out of your skins: pre-season skin care in under two minutes, skin performance in spring conditions, and storing your gear for the off-season.
New to hybrid adhesive? The hybrid skin how-to covers folding, storage, and what to expect in the cold.
