CORE Carbon 84
An even trade between up and down, for long days that cover ground in whatever snow they find.
Precise And Efficient. Built For Skiers Who Want To Do It All.
The Core Carbon 84 is the narrowest of the standard Core Carbon models, and it earns its place through precision rather than float. At 84mm underfoot it excels on firmer snow and more technical terrain, where edge grip and ski-to-snow contact matter more than width: hard-packed skin tracks, icy traverses, and descents where a narrower platform gives you more feedback and more control.
It's also a natural fit for smaller skiers across all conditions, offering a proportionally appropriate platform that responds to lighter inputs without demanding aggressive technique to drive it.
If your backcountry days run technical and firm rather than soft and variable, or you simply prefer a narrower ski that rewards efficient skiing, this is the model built around your priorities. For more float in soft snow, the Core Carbon 89 is the wider sibling, and the 84 Lite is this same shape in a lighter build.
