The Core Carbon 89 is HAGAN's most popular ski, and the Lite delivers the same versatile, confidence-inspiring performance in a build made for lighter, more nimble skiers. The experience is virtually identical: the same responsive core feel, the same reliable edge grip, the same all-conditions capability that makes the 89 such a compelling one-ski quiver.
The 140-gram reduction is proportional to the skier it's built for. A lighter skier on the 89 Lite gets exactly the same balanced, predictable ride a heavier skier gets on the standard 89, with less mass to carry on long days and less fatigue at the end of them.
If you're a larger or heavier skier drawn to the idea of a lightweight Core ski, the Ultra Series is likely the better-designed option for your build and skiing style.

Shipping & Returns
Orders ship from our US warehouse. Skis ship oversized, so allow a little extra transit time. Full details on our shipping page.
Returns: Unused gear can be returned within 30 days. Once bindings have been mounted, skis cannot be returned. Please confirm your length and brake width before mounting We reccomend brakes be >2mm wider than the skis midpoint.
Warranty: Three years against manufacturing defects, extended to five years when you register your gear. See warranty & returns.
Mounting & Setup
We offer professional binding mounting when you buy a ski and binding together. Add it to your order and we'll mount and test before shipping.
Mounting yourself or at a local shop is fine too. Match your brake width to this ski's waist, and have the binding set to your boot sole length by someone who can verify the release.
