The Hybrid skin uses a two-layer adhesive system. The outer layer holds firmly to the ski yet pulls off effortlessly, separates glue-to-glue, and leaves no residue. The inner layer is a different compound that bonds the outer layer to the skin, which is what makes the handling possible: the outer formulation on its own would pull away from the backing. The result is reliable adhesion even at low temperatures, after repeated applications.
These are 100% mohair. Permanently water-repellent, exceptionally light, and highly flexible, mohair delivers gliding properties synthetic fibers can't match.
Cut to fit the Off Limits, so the shortest ski in the line is ready to climb without trimming. For ice climbing approaches and technical objectives where the ski is a tool rather than the point, that's one less thing to sort out before you go.

Care & Maintenance
Hybrid adhesive tackiness is only affected by dirt and surface contaminants, and it comes back with a wash in standard detergent and water. For stubborn dirt or wax residue, use the Hybrid Glue Skin Cleaner or the cleaning wipes.
After significant use, restore water resistance, anti-icing, and glide with Dry Climb Skin Treatment. For quick field use, skin wax stops skins icing up or collecting wet snow.
