This is a customer service review. Brakes stop or they don't - these do what they are designed to do....
So.... Exactly what the Dr. ordered. I needed a larger set of brakes for my daughter's Z02 Jr bindings since she is in big girl pants and on a pair of skis that have a 105mm waist. I couldn't source them state side or in EU. I reached out to Mike at HAGAN Ski Mountaineering USA and he made it happen, ordering me a set from Hagen HQ. It was a trivial part but essential to keep my kiddo in a pair of bindings that had low mileage but were fully functional and exactly what worked for the application. It wasn't a big sale for Mike, but he went out of his way to source the brakes and communicate with me on it. That is what I'd say is the essence of essence of customer service. I personally will be back to support HAGAN USA again in the future when I need to upgrade replace or otherwise any of my gear. Thanks Mike.
