Core 12 EVO

The Binding Built to Drive Your Boost Skis as Hard as You Do.

The Experience:

The Core FR series is HAGAN's highest-retention freeride touring binding engineered for the backcountry skier who demands alpine-level power transfer and retention from a tech binding without sacrificing the uphill functionality that makes touring possible. These are the bindings that complete a serious freeride setup, giving you the confidence to charge steep, variable terrain and drive wider skis with the authority they were built to handle. The binding features ski crampon slots on the toe piece, keeping your options open for technical approaches and icy traverses where a little extra grip on the ascent makes a meaningful difference. The Core 12 EVO offers a freeride-focused platform with a DIN range up to 12, covering the majority of recreational freeride tourers who want significantly elevated retention over a standard all-mountain binding without stepping up to the full DIN 15 spec. It featured multiple walking modes and generous heel lift options that keep the skin track efficient, so the climb feels purposeful rather than punishing, as well as numerous brake width options. At 350g these are not the lightest bindings in the lineup, but for the terrain they're built for, the weight is more than justified.

The Core 12 EVO is made for HAGAN in partnership with ATK in Italy. HAGAN partnered with ATK, well respected for quality, craftsmanship and functionality, to bring what we feel are their best products to North America. The Core 12 EVO is identical to the ATK Raider 12 EVO.
